Mitie has a great opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join the Total Security Management Team; the Customer Service Assistant will be based with one of our prestigious customers. This is a permanent role reporting into the Operations Manager.
Main Duties
- Champion customer service by providing high quality information and assistance, including town centre information as required
- Assist in the day to day operation of the Information Desk, ensuring that excellent standards of customer service and care are given at all times
- Highlight any common issues being experienced by customers
- To ensure all customer requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively
- To promote and sell Festival Place Shopping Centre gift cards
- To promote use of the Shopping Centre Hozah Car Park and provide assistance for customer Autopay sign ups
- To assist customers with directions and retailer information, including special offers
- Assist the Marketing and Duty Teams with special events and promotions as required
- Deliver customer feedback and response to the Operations Manager
What we are looking for
- A strong knowledge of the Festival Place Shopping Centre
- Excellent energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to engage with customers and use initiative
- Provide suitable alternative if you can not deliver what the customer is asking of you
- To communicate with your colleagues by radio in a calm and precise manner
- Clear understanding of Health & Safety practices
- Customer focused with the ability to build positive relationships
- Clear, strong and confident communication skills
