Job summary

Compass Group PLC is seeking a Customer Services Assistant to support Defence operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. You will join a busy, people-centric team, delivering high-quality food service, attractive displays, cash handling and ensuring safety standards across Defence sites.

The role emphasises teamwork, reliability, and a proactive, can-do approach to thrive under pressure while upholding excellent customer service and brand representation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a catering-related role is desirable.
