As a CSA / Office Administrator we want you to bring your previous experience to the team. You’ll need to demonstrate your experience dealing with our customers as you will be the first point of customer contact for the DLG Auto Services collaborating with our customers and the respective claims and internal functions to our own high well as working to meet our customers needs. This role is 40 hour a week contract reporting to the Office Manager.

As you can imagine Health and Safety and working to industry standards is important to us. We always ensure our teams and customers safety at each stage of the repair process ensure tasks are carried out in compliance with Health and Safety and following Audatex estimates observing DLGAS ways of working and BS10125 procedures.
