OurCoop in Redditch is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to help deliver excellent store experiences and efficient checkout. You will engage with customers, replenish stock, and keep the store welcoming and well-presented.

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.

Some of your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Assistant would include:
