A regional cooperative in Needham Market is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to enhance service standards and engage with the local community. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and possesses effective communication skills. As a Customer Service Assistant (CSA) you will be responsible for supporting your store to deliver high standards of customer service, availability and presentation, compliance, and engagement with your local community.
