Job summary

The Devonshire Group seeks a part-time Customer Service Assistant in Matlock to join a friendly, values-led team. You will work on the till, serve drinks and food, and help maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.

Full training will be provided; no catering experience required. This permanent role offers 32 hours per week on a rota, with benefits including an onsite gym and pool and access to Chatsworth for you and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is desirable but not required.
• Willingness to be flexible and a great team player.
• Interest in customer care and a cheerful attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and operate the till.

• Clear tables and keep the restaurant clean and tidy.

Summary

If you are looking for part-time work but want to work in a friendly and inclusive environment, then we have just the role for you.

No previous catering experience is necessary as our full training will ensure that you are able to provide the exceptional customer service of which we are proud. However, you must be able to demonstrate an interest in customer care, be a great team worker, friendly, cheerful and willing to be flexible.

Your duties will include serving customers, working on the till, serving hot and cold drinks and food, clearing tables and generally keeping the restaurant clean and tidy.

This is a permanent role working 32 hours a week on a rota basis and will be based at Chatsworth Kitchen, Peak Village, Rowsley.
