KP Law, a UK-based claimant law firm with offices in Liverpool, Manchester and London, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for its Client Service Team. Based in Liverpool three days a week, you will handle inbound queries by phone, email, and social channels, delivering a high level of service and a positive client experience.
You will work closely with legal and operational teams to update client records, resolve issues, and contribute to process improvements.

As a Customer Service Assistant in our Client Service Team (CST) you will primarily be responsible for handling queries from a broad range of clients, ensuring a high level of service and a positive experience of KP Law. Based in our Liverpool office 3 days per week.
