A premier student accommodation provider in Liverpool is looking for a Customer Service Assistant. This role involves delivering exceptional service to students, maintaining facility standards, and providing support to address any challenges. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a proactive approach to service. They should be flexible, willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be comfortable in a multicultural environment.

Working Hours: 6am – 9pm. 12 hours per week

Provide an exceptional & personalised service to students by anticipating and delivering to their needs; offering information on local attractions, and handling enquiries with a focus on creating a seamless and positive experience:
Professional Experience
Holidays – Holidays are paid on a pro-rata basis which is reflective of hours worked. Customer Service Assistants will receive 28days paid holiday including England & Wales Bank Holidays, pro-rata.
