Location: Ilkeston, Derby

Contract: Part/Full Time

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Hours: 20-37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as required.
  • Resolve issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Be flexible to the needs of the business and assist other departments.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction.
About You
  • Has excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Enjoys helping people and can stay calm under pressure.
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Has basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
  • Previous experience in customer service or print knowledge is preferred but not essential.
