A local printing company is seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Assistant in Ilkeston. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via phone and email, and helping resolve any issues. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, and previous customer service experience is preferred. This role offers flexible working hours and full training in a supportive team environment.
Location: Ilkeston, Derby
Contract: Part/Full Time
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 20-37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
