Job summary

Compass Group UK&I in Exmouth is seeking a Retail Assistant to join Defence on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. You will be part of a busy, customer-focused team delivering high-quality food and exceptional service.

The role operates across a Defence contract with ESS, across over 250 UK sites, and includes cash handling and compliance with strict hygiene standards. You will contribute to a friendly team, with opportunities for progression within a company that values
