A leading veterinary services company in the UK is seeking a Full-time Customer Care Advisor. In this role, you will assist customers by answering queries and resolving issues through telephone and Live chats. The position offers a hybrid working model, where you will work from the Diss office two days a week. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full-time Customer Care Advisor to join Animed on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will work as part of a contact centre team to ensure customer queries and orders are efficiently responded to and resolved.
Animed was established in 2010 and sells animal medicines, pet food and accessories to customers across the UK.
This role is 40 hours per week (5 x 8 hour shifts). Preference for the successful candidate to work Monday – Friday, but working a Saturday is an option if this works best for you.
Location: Hybrid – the role will involve a mixture of working in our Diss office (2 days a week) and working from home. Initial training, however, would need to be two full weeks on site in Diss office.
