Consol is a growing national tanning brand with 56 studios nation-wide (and counting!), leading the field in safe and responsible tanning. We want you to be a part of our future!

We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our Helpline Team as a Customer Service Assistant. This is a flexible contract, offering a minimum of 18 hours per week on a shift basis, operating Monday to Sunday between 7am - 10.30pm. Evening and weekend availability is essential.

About the role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our Studio staff with the smooth, day-to-day running of Consol studios and ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of service. This varied role involves assisting with customer queries, providing remote support to studios, and carrying out a range of administrative tasks to help maintain efficient operations.

What we are looking for
Essential
  • Previous customer service experience
  • English GCSE or equivalent qualification/demonstratable communication skills
  • Experience in call handling and answering customer queries
  • Experience supporting a team through email and telephone channels
  • Examples of good time management
  • Motivation to succeed and rise to new challenges
Desirable
  • Experience working within a fast paced customer service environment
  • Experience working with age restricted products and requesting verification
  • Experience in a dedicated support team
  • Familiar with CCTV technology and remote services
