A leading veterinary service provider in the UK is looking for Full-time & Part-time Customer Care Advisors to join their contact center. The role involves responding to customer queries through calls and live chats while providing excellent service. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask across various IT systems. We have exciting opportunities for both Full-time & Part-time Customer Care Advisors to join Animed on a permanent basis.
Location: Training will require 2 weeks onsite in Diss then Hybrid options – for Full time we usually have 3 days in office, remainder from home – flexible for part time support.
In this role, you will work as part of a contact centre team to ensure customer queries and orders are efficiently responded to and resolved.
Animed was established in 2010 and sells animal medicines, pet food and accessories to customers across the UK.
