Job summary

Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to manage bookings, answer queries and host events. You’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience across our various entertainment offerings including bowling, escape rooms and karaoke.

You should be confident, energetic and friendly, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. The role requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, and offers the chance to work in a fun

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly. You’ll work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children’s parties. Every day will bring something new, keeping the fun flowing! You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.
