Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and member enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Support gym membership setup, renewals, and class bookings.
  • Help manage online store orders, returns, and customer updates.
  • Maintain organised spreadsheets and internal records.
  • Assist with inventory checks and product packaging when required.
  • Help coordinate PT Academy enrolments and student communication.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team.

THE EMPLOYER IS: EXSTO 361 LTDWe’re looking for a proactive, organised, and friendly individual to join the Exsto team as an Administrative & Customer Service Assistant.You’ll play a key role in supporting our gym members and online customers - handling day-to-day admin tasks, responding to messages and emails, and keeping our systems running smoothly.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and being part of a positive, driven team.
