We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Apprentice to join their team and gain valuable experience in a healthcare setting.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop customer service skills while working towards a recognised qualification.
As a part of the recruitment process, you will be required to undertake a pre-employment training program.
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will be the first point of contact for their patients, providing a welcoming and supportive service at reception and over the phone.
You will gain hands-on experience in a busy healthcare environment while learning about administration, communication, and patient care.
