Customer Service Apprenticeship

Salary: £19,000.00

Location: Burton Upon Trent

Duration: 2 year FTC

Your Purpose

Our apprenticeship programme offers world‑class training, tailored on‑the‑job learning and insight into our brands, customers, competitors and the wider sector. You’ll receive support from a dedicated mentor and work toward a nationally recognised qualification – laying the foundation for a confident and capable career in customer service.

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you’ll be the voice of our business – supporting pubs, restaurants and other customers with equipment inquiries and maintenance requests. Based on a hybrid schedule at our Burton-on‑Trent Head Office, you’ll gain hands‑on experience while building strong relationships with colleagues and customers across the industry.

Task‑based psychometric assessment: If eligible, you will be invited to complete a gamified assessment to uncover your potential. Assessments will be sent out from December.

Before the Discovery Day, you’ll have the chance to speak with us directly to find out what to expect from the programme and ask any questions you may have.

Discovery Day: Our final step, you will be invited to our in‑person Discovery Day, which will take place on Thursday 19th March 2026. If selected to attend, we’ll support you with preparation so you feel confident and ready for the day.

Successful candidates will be offered a place soon after our Discovery Day, and you will join us in September 2026!
