Customer Service and Project Administration Assistant

THE EMPLOYER IS: SEE SENSE. The Customer Service and Project Administration Assistant will support our customer success team to ensure excellent service for our growing customer base. Your key responsibilities include customer service, order fulfilment, project administration, general administration, and team support.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone and email.
  • Support customers with product information and troubleshooting.
  • Process customer orders accurately and monitor fulfilment timelines.
  • Liaise with logistics partners to track and manage deliveries.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation and schedules.
  • Coordinate internal communication between Customer Success, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries for ongoing projects.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers and gathering feedback.
  • Handle routine administrative duties including filing, scheduling, and database updates.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and project efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Some proficiency with AI such as ChatGPT.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience handling customer service queries or support issues.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Knowledge of order fulfilment or logistics coordination.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project).
  • Previous experience in a customer success or account management role.
  • Understanding of basic business administration processes.
  • Data analysis or reporting experience using Excel or BI tools.
  • Ability to draft professional correspondence and documentation.
  • Background in a technology, retail, or service-based organisation.

  • Qualification or coursework in business, administration, or customer service.
Further Information

The Employer is: SEE SENSE. Standard hours are up to 25 hours per week. Flexible hours may be available upon approval by a Work Coach. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
