💼 About the Role

In this role, you will provide outstanding service to our customers to support the progress of their separation in a timely manner. The team is small but mighty as all of us believe in and are committed to our mission and values. In this role you will develop transferable skills and gain experience in the divorce and separation process.

You will be required to work from our East Sheen office (SW14 8AE) Monday to Friday. After three months of employment, you will be able to work in a hybrid way (three days in the office, two days at home, on a rota basis).

🔥 Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our customers to support the progress of their separation in a timely manner
  • Help customers with queries (via phone, live chat and email), answering them in a timely and efficient manner delivering beyond our customers’ expectations and performing to the highest professional standards
  • Manage customer data accurately and efficiently on our various tech platforms
  • Cover incoming/outgoing post, email correspondence from court, and other administrative duties
  • Support the divorce specialist teams with their cases as required
  • Liaise with the court to track cases when required
😊 About You
  • Previous work experience in family law, particularly in divorce and financial remedy proceedings in England and Wales is desirable
  • A degree in a legal discipline
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to support customers in emotional/stressful situations
  • Ability to work in a tech-driven, customer-focused environment
  • Exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and confidence to speak to our customers and ability to adjust to their communication style to direct them and answer queries
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work autonomously and take accountability for your workload
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to check details to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to plan and manage your own workload efficiently
  • Proactivity and flexibility – our team members work efficiently and support each other
