A consulting and services company is seeking a Customer Service agent with a strong command of the Italian language. In this full-time role based in Krakow, you will handle customer inquiries through various channels and analyze issues to provide effective solutions. As a Customer Service Advisor at Capita, you will join a team of people dedicated to supporting our customers. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive customer service at the highest level, handling telephone and email enquiries, as well as promoting products and offers in line with customer needs.
