Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent on behalf of our client based in Takeley, on a temporary to permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers via phone and email.
• Handle customer queries and complaints.
• Advise on parts and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Offer guidance on servicing schedules and engineer time scales.
