Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service & Merchandising Representative to join a friendly team in a full-time role Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. The position focuses on delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high-standard product displays.

You will replenish stock, manage displays, photograph visuals for reporting, and build strong relationships with customers and site contacts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, merchandising, retail, or other customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Confident using basic computer systems.
• Reliable, professional, and customer focused.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and maintain displays across a designated network.
• Replenish stock and remove out-of-date materials.
• Ensure displays remain tidy, attractive, and professionally presented.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and site contacts.
• Provide outstanding face-to-face customer service.
• Take photographs of displays for customer reporting and feedback.
• Prepare and maintain promotional display boards.
• Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Support the wider team to ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure company documentation is up to date.
