Qualifications

Our branches are busy, fast‑paced places to be and, as a Customer Service Agent, you will be right at the very centre of it. You're often the first point of contact for customers; confidently delivering a great service with a smile is second nature. Your true strengths lie in managing multiple tasks at once – from sourcing vehicles to accommodate bookings, resolving customer rental queries, administering customer accounts, and overseeing daily vehicle movements in and out of the branch.

You don't need any previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience; our proven induction training will cover that. You will need strong customer service know‑how, administration skill and a calm, “can‑do” attitude, plus a Full UK or EU Driving Licence.
