A training and employment support organization in Manchester is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to manage inbound calls for appointment bookings. Responsibilities include scheduling, re-scheduling, and cancelling appointments, while demonstrating strong communication and customer service skills. You will handle inbound calls from the public requiring appointments following a referral. This will include booking, re-scheduling and cancelling appointments on a booking system. We are looking for good communicators, who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a high regard for efficiency and accuracy. You will have a polite and professional telephone manner, the ability to empathise with the caller whilst respecting and understanding their needs at all times.
Customer Service Advisor pay :
£23,809.50 per annum
