  • Location: Durham (Hybrid after training)
  • Hours: Full-time, 08:45 - 16:45, Monday to Friday
  • Contract: Temporary until 31st March 2026 (with potential for extension)
  • Pay Rate: £14.47 per hour
About the Role

Brook Street are excited to be recruiting Customer Service Officers on behalf of the Valuation Office Agency (VOA), part of HMRC. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive team, delivering vital customer service to the public.

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for customers – mainly handling inbound telephone enquiries, as well as supporting teams with data entry and administrative tasks. The role is varied, fast-paced, and offers a great opportunity to build valuable experience in a government environment.
