Duties
  • Respond promptly and professionally to consumer questions via chat, email, and phone.
  • Give them thorough information about our financial services and goods so they may make wise choices.
  • Effectively address consumer concerns by determining the problem and offering suitable fixes.
  • Use Salesforce to keep precise records of all interactions and transactions with customers.
  • Work together as a team to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Analyse consumer input to find patterns and opportunities for development.
  • Attend training courses to stay current on service procedures and product expertise.
Requirements
  • It is quite desirable to be proficient with Salesforce or comparable CRM software.
