Here at P&O Ferries we are seeking an English-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team here in Dover on a permanent basis.

If you have a positive and confident outlook, you understand customers and their needs and want to make a difference then this could be the role for you. While we would like you to have some experience within a contact centre, don't worry if you don't as we can provide full training, we want to recruit individuals who can engage positively with customers and being their career with us here at P&O Ferries.

In this role you will liaise with customers, talking calls, making bookings, responding to emails and webchat from direct and indirect customers.

Location - Dover, this role includes working weekends, evenings and public holidays, so being flexible is key
