A leading construction materials supplier in Northern Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to engage with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face. You will help ensure customer needs are met efficiently while managing transactions and maintaining stock. Ideal candidates will have strong sales experience and proficiency in IT. A Customer Service Assistant based in one of our busy trade centres is an integral role of day-to-day branch operations. This role will involve a large element of customer engagement through phone calls, emails and face to face interaction ensuring our customers need are met in an efficient and personable manner. Taking pride in delivering what we promise, the role ensures the trade centre is a well presented place ensuring the availability of our full suite of stock to enable us to deliver our customer promise. At the trade counter you will be ensuring both our account and cash sales customers have everything they need to complete their job.
Branch opening hours are Monday to Thursday 07.30 to 17.00, Friday 07.30 to 16.00, Saturday 08.00 to 12.00 and we are flexible to consider a variety of working hours patterns to suit your needs.
