As a Spanish Speaking Account Coordinator / Customer Service Advisor it will be your responsibility to work with customers, primarily those based in the Italian and Spanish speaking region and covering the Spanish speaking markets, providing excellent customer service via phone, live‑chat and email ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.
This is a full time Permanent position offering an annual salary of £24,000 + attractive company benefits.
The role offers flexibility to work from home / Remote working.
2 days office based in Nottingham City Centre, 3 days remote each week.
