A leading health services provider is looking for a Customer Service Advisor for a fully remote position. The role requires at least 2 years of customer service experience, outstanding communication skills, and proficiency in IT. You will handle customer inquiries, book appointments, and ensure compliance with policies. Competitive salary between £24,000-£28,000 based on experience. Full training will be provided.

Pertemps Isle of Wight are recruiting for multiple, Customer Service Advisors to join a leading Health Services Provider.
The successful candidates will be able to deliver a high level of customer care and handle sensitive situations. You must have an empathetic disposition and have a natural enthusiasm for assisting people in complex situations.
This is a fully remote/home-based role; you will start off working via Pertemps and transfer across to our client after an initial temping contract. Although we do require you to have experience in a Customer Care/Advisor position, full and in-depth training will be provided.
