A well-established company in Great Barr is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a part-time basis. The role involves managing customer queries, providing information, and resolving issues to ensure a positive client experience. Applicants should possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to customer needs. Training will be provided throughout employment.
Customer Service Advisor – Great Barr – part-time (10am - 2pm) - £24k pro-rata per annum plus excellent benefits
Our client is a well-established company based in the Great Barr area of Birmingham, due to expansion they are now looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor join their existing team. You will be the first point of contact that a client has with the Company. Accordingly, your role will entail you being a liaison, providing product and service information, answering any questions and resolving emerging problems that our clients may face.
Within your role, you will be required to develop a deep understanding of customer requests and demands to ensure that you are able to retain clients and ensure they are receiving the best service.
You will be provided with training, internally and externally, throughout your employment.
