A respected banking organization in Newry is looking for a Customer Service Advisor. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, performing transactions, and ensuring cash accuracy. This temporary position offers an excellent opportunity to join a business recognised for its dedication to outstanding customer service and strong community values.
As a key member of our branch team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a warm, professional experience with every interaction. Your responsibilities will include assisting with customer enquiries, processing transactions efficiently, and handling cash securely and accurately. This is a full‑time position, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We’re seeking someone who is detail‑oriented, confident in handling cash, and skilled in providing exceptional face‑to‑face service.
