Job description
Responsibilities
  • Booking engineer service visits
  • Identify and order spare parts and accessories
  • Provide and assist with troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of an appliance
  • Providing pre-purchase advise and replacement appliances
  • Provide external support to global phone lines as required
Your profile

You will work 08:00 - 16:00 and 10:00 - 18:00 on a weekly rotation. Working in the Call Centre for two weeks and from home for two weeks.

A customer service background is required; with strong telephone communication skills.

Accuracy, flexibility and the ability to problem solve will be necessary in this role.

To be customer focused and ability to demonstrate empathy.

Self-motivated, thrive under pressure with strong computer literacy skills are also essential.
