Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected and long-established banking organisation in Northern Ireland to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for its Magherafelt branch. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a trusted local business known for its commitment to outstanding customer care and strong community values.

The Role

As a key member of the branch team, you'll be the friendly face that customers rely on. Every day, you'll deliver an excellent customer experience whether that's assisting with queries, processing transactions, or offering helpful guidance on products and services.

You'll play an important part in helping customers manage their day-to-day banking needs efficiently and securely, while promoting the bank's digital and self-service options.

Your duties
  • Providing exceptional service with every interaction, in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handling cash and processing transactions accurately and securely.
  • Completing daily reconciliations and following all audit and security procedures.
  • Building relationships and promoting the bank's full range of services.
  • Working closely with your colleagues to maintain a positive, team-focused environment.
About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in providing a first-class service. You'll be confident, accurate when handling cash, and able to communicate clearly and warmly with customers.

Essential:
  • Experience in a customer facing role.
  • Accuracy and reliability when managing cash.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
Desirable:
  • Previous experience in banking, retail cash handling, or financial services.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
