As a Customer Centre Advisor, you will be an empowered brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and expert skincare advice across all No7 Beauty Company brands, including Liz Earle. Your role is to deliver a world‑class customer experience that surpasses expectations with every interaction. You will offer personalized, proactive support, leveraging your CIBTAC endorsement to provide expert advice on skincare and beauty routines that leave a lasting impact on our customers. Guided by the company's Vision and Mission, you will help champion the customer's voice, ensuring every interaction is driven by our core values of expertise, efficiency, and brand equity. You will be committed to continuous improvement and personal development, striving to meet and exceed customer expectations while fostering customer loyalty and driving sales through service.
