A leading appliance manufacturer in Bolton is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a fixed-term contract. The role involves supporting retail customers with repairs and providing service through various channels. Ideal candidates will have strong product knowledge and excellent communication skills. As a Customer Service Advisor - Key Accounts, you'll be supporting our retail customers with arranging repairs for domestic appliances that have developed faults, providing updates for ongoing repairs and chasing spare part enquiries. This position is an 8 month fixed term contract. Using your extensive product knowledge, you'll attempt resolve queries and customer complaints by delivering a fantastic service. You'll manage communication through a range of customer touch points, including telephone and digital channels., You'll liaise with customers via multiple different channels and work closely with with key external stakeholders, building and strengthening relationships.
