Qualifications

  • Experience managing a shared inbox and prioritising workload effectively.
  • Experience in social housing, repairs, or maintenance is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for tenants, managing high volume of calls.
  • Log and schedule repair requests, coordinate appointments.
  • Manage shared repairs inbox and follow up on repairs.

Skills

Experience in a call centre or high-volume customer service role
Managing 60+ calls per day
Strong organisational skills
Clear, professional & confident communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
