Activate Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers and take accident reports, handle queries, and liaise with other teams to resolve issues. This permanent, full-time role is based in Halifax and offers a supportive culture with genuine development opportunities.

We're looking for Customer Service Advisors to be the first point of contact for our customers and take accident reports from our customers, deal with queries, liaise with other companies and agencies and work with other areas of the business to resolve issues. Update and record accurate information using bespoke software and reporting platforms.
