Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a call centre or a customer service role delivering high levels of professional service.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for tenants handling incoming calls.
  • Manage bookings using the MSI scheduling system and allocate operatives.
  • Handle a variety of customer queries from routine repair requests to complex issues.
