Customer Service Advisor – Advisor Services

Salary : £22,900 + Bonus + Benefits

Location : Bournemouth (hybrid working)

Shift Pattern : Monday to Friday : 9am-6pm (no weekends)

A little bit about what you’ll do

As a Customer Service Advisor in the Advisor Services team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our business partners. We work with a wide range of brokers and organisations, and you’ll be there to support them with admin, queries, and questions. Every day, you’ll pick up inbound calls and follow up via email. Your role will be varied, but includes taking inbound calls and communicating via email, with a strong focus on interacting in a professional yet personable manner in a business-to-business environment.

Life moves fast in this team, so you’ll need to be up to speed. To thrive, you need to be organised, computer‑literate and 100% professional. Customer Service experience is helpful, but it’s not essential. More important are teamwork, communication, and a gift for connecting with people.
