A logistics staffing partner in Northampton is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to excel in customer interactions and assist with delivery queries. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer service. This is an office-based role, offering an hourly rate of £12.21 with potential for permanence after a successful temporary period.

Customer Service Advisor

Northampton (NN5)

Monday - Friday 1 weekend day every 2 weekends (day given back in the week)

Office based position

8am-5pm or 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm

Hourly rate - £12.21ph

Temporary ongoing with the potential to become permanent after 12 successful weeks

Are you a passionate Customer Service Advisor individual who thrives on going the extra mile for their customer, or someone who thoroughly enjoys speaking to customers and seeing a problem resolved? Duties
  • Inbound customer calls relating to queries around the delivery of their goods
  • Speaking with delivery drivers, scheduling their next drop and or confirming arrival at a customers location
  • Booking in deliveries with customers
  • Writing emails to customers
  • Updating and maintaining the database with address details, or updates on the query
