About the Role

At Crown Information Management we specialise in the secure storage, management, and retrieval of company data and records, both physical and digital. Our mission is to keep information safe and accessible, helping businesses meet compliance needs and manage risk efficiently. As part of the team you'll ensure confidential records are collected, stored, and retrieved securely. Your work helps protect data, support business operations, and maintain client trust at every stage.

Crown Information Management provides specialist storage facilities and services to corporate clients, keeping their data secure and protected, with the utmost care. Crown’s Customer Service team provides the highest levels of customer service and administrative support to our customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring our clients receive an outstanding service.

What You’ll Do
  • To update Crown’s internal systems with relevant information in an accurate and timely manner e.g. creating client accounts and updating account information
  • To resolve customer issues by liaising with the customer to determine the cause of the problem, resolve the problem with the customer and complete the correction or adjustment, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Ensure all relevant financial transactions are processed accurately e.g. invoicing
  • Develop strong working relationships and complete administrative tasks for internal stakeholders e.g. creating reports, maintaining service level agreements, audit accounts
  • Receiving and processing orders from clients and informing internal stakeholders of work requirements
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent customer service and organisational skills
  • 1-2 years of administration experience is essential
  • Experience of using Microsoft package e.g. Word / PowerPoint / Excel
  • Ability to learn IT systems quickly
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Happy to work in a fast-paced environment
