A local government organization in South Shields is seeking a part-time Customer Service Advisor. You will provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact, assisting with enquiries and service requests effectively. The role allows for hybrid working and requires strong customer service skills. The position offers an annual salary of £28,598 pro rata.

Monday to Friday, 8.00 am – 1.00 pm
You will provide an excellent customer focused service by delivering consistently high quality assistance to our customers by answering and resolving their enquiries as the first point of contact, and dealing with their requests for service efficiently and effectively.
This role is based within our Housing Contact Centre at the Town Hall, South Shields. Hybrid working is available.
