A leading automotive service provider in Brighton is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities and a background in customer service. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries and ensuring exceptional service delivery. We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who has the ability to work to deadlines and handle sensitive and confidential information. You'll have excellent communication skills and experience in a selling/customer service environment. In addition to a strong people background we are looking for applicants who can demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm along with willingness to contribute to your team and more importantly your customers. This is a 12‑Months Fixed Term Contract Position.

For your first 5 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside.
