You will manage inbound calls from customers of RAC seeking certificates for driving abroad and handle any complex queries or complaints. This ongoing temporary position offers a pay rate of £12.21 per hour with Monday to Friday hours from 9am to 5pm.

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work for RAC based at their office in Bradley Stoke. The office has a large, free car park and excellent public transport links. In this role, you will take inbound calls from RAC members looking to obtain a certificate to drive abroad.
