Customer Service Adviser - Wolverhampton

PRIMIS Mortgage Network is recruiting ambitious, driven customer service professionals to join a high-performing partner firm within its Mortgage & Protection Advisory network as Customer Service Adviser. This award-winning network partner employs around 30 professionals, including Mortgage Advisers, Protection Advisers and General Insurance specialists, operating primarily from offices in central Wolverhampton (free parking).

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing Contact Centre team based in central Wolverhampton.

Salary

£25,000 basic salary plus performance-related bonus (realistic OTE £30,000)

What You'll Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to existing customers and introducing relevant products and services.


• Providing a professional, friendly, and helpful customer experience.


• Building rapport and maintaining positive customer relationships.


• Understanding customer needs and guiding them towards suitable solutions.


• Following up enquiries and ensuring customers are kept informed throughout their journey.


• Working towards individual and team performance targets.


• Accurately recording customer interactions and updating internal systems.

What We're Looking For

Hours of Work

• Monday to Wednesday 915am to 630pm


• Thursday 930am to 600pm
