Job Title: Technical Customer Service Advisor
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
Hours: 37 per week Mon-Fri
Salary: 27k per annum + enhanced benefits
Location: Warwick - office based
Responsibilities
  • Answering a high volume of inbound customer calls
  • Processing incoming orders and dealing with all general email enquiries
  • Working alongside head office and other key internal stakeholders to provide outstanding levels of customer service
  • Developing technical product knowledge in order to provide detailed customer support and handle fault resolution
  • Working with in house systems including SAP to accurately store information
  • Providing aftersales support and identifying spare parts
Desirable Skills
  • Good attitude and people skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in working within a busy Customer facing role, office experience is not required!
  • Problem solving skills
  • Previous experience in working with CRM systems, or strong systems skills
  • Interest in understanding and working with a range of technical products
