Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm welcome and professional service
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Book in vehicles for repair work and manage appointment scheduling
  • Liaise with customers throughout the repair process, providing regular updates
  • Prepare accurate quotes and estimates for bodywork repairs
  • Process invoices and handle payments
  • Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain customer records and job files
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards satisfactory resolutions
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
Essential Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience (experience in automotive/bodyshop environment desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
