We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected automotive body shop in Aldershot, who are looking to welcome a confident, customer‑focused individual into their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and being the friendly face of a professional business.

The Opportunity

This role would suit someone from a customer service, retail, hospitality, or office‑based background who is ready to develop a career within the automotive industry. Full training will be provided, and there is genuine scope to grow with the business.

You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a smooth, professional, and reassuring experience from first contact through to vehicle collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers
  • Managing bookings, updates, and customer queries
  • Liaising with internal teams to keep customers informed
  • Providing a high standard of service and care throughout the customer journey
  • Handling administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
