Job summary

A pensions consultancy is seeking temporary staff for a customer support role based in Tees Valley, United Kingdom. You will deliver excellent customer service to pension members via email and assist them in accessing their pension information online. The role requires prior customer service experience, strong IT skills, and the ability to respond professionally to client emails. This assignment lasts 3 months or longer, and you must be able to commit to these hours (Mon-Fri, 8:45am-5:00pm).

Overview

Our prestigious client is a pensions consultancy. Due to heavy workload the client now needs temporary staff to support the team. Your role will focus on providing support to pension members. You will be responding to client emails regarding their pensions. You will respond via email to help the customer access their pension information online.

  • Working hours 8.45-5.00pm Mon to Friday
  • Full criminal and credit check is done before starting the role
  • No parking as city centre
